Many of us in positions of leadership or aspiring to leadership have sensed at one time or another a vague, inexplicable drive to make a significant mark with our lives. At times we can even begin to describe what it is we are driven to achieve. But a complete description always seems to elude us, and we just continue to be pulled along by this unidentified but powerful force toward some ultimate goal of which we are not completely aware. This vague sense of ambition is a sign that our dark side
